If we can’t laugh at ourselves there is something seriously wrong. My yoga teacher, who shall remain nameless, sent me this. And I think it’s great. what do you think?

Kino is one amazing lady. Hoping to do her Edinburgh workshop in March or maybe London later in the year.
She is one of few people to receive the Certification to teach Ashtanga Yoga by its founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The youngest woman to hold this title, she has completed the Third Series and is now learning the Fourth Series. Living in Miami, Kino and her husband own and run the Miami Life Center, which is dedicated to teaching yoga and other holistic therapies.
This demonstration was at Purple Valley Yoga Retreat, Goa, India.

It’s incredible really, the amount of time I manage to waste searching for what I want on the Internet. OMG! (without getting my arm twisted in the direction of ‘shiny things’ over there!)
I start to search for a Certain News Story or a Yoga Blog and BAM, I’m watching Youtubes on ‘How to peel an egg with ease’. http://tinyurl.com/62qvna
No wonder the younger generation have no attention span. We are given anything and everything on a sizzling plate and told we never need to stop eating…even if we’re full.
Gone are the days where Cereal wasn’t something you had to research before stepping foot into the Supermarket.
Give me the little, “only one Brand of Anything and maybe not even that!”, SuperMercat in Spain, anyday of the week.
Nevertheless, back I go, into the realms of Information Overload, to find what i’m looking for.
Or maybe something I’m not.
